Returns
We accept returns within 30 days after receipt of purchase. Returns will only be accepted if unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged forĀ a refund or exchange within 30 days. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Please email customer service (returns@ayvywear.com) for a
Return Authorization Number and we will send you a pre-paid shipping
label. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. If in
error we sent you the incorrect size, color or a damaged item, there will
be no return shipping fee. However, you will still need to request a
Return Authorization Number from us in advance. In this case, we will
also not charge shipping to send you the correct item in exchange.
The new requested item will not be sent until the
original item has been sent back, received and processed. After being
processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing
tracking information for the exchanged item.
Returns must be shipped to us within 30 days of
your order delivery date. Once received, we will credit your original form
of payment.
Original shipping/handling fees will not be refunded on items returned
or exchanged unless as noted above, if the problem was on our end.
You will find additional information regarding returns on the
RA#/Reason Return form on your invoice included with your order and
a return shipping bag. The Reason Return form will need to be
completed and included in the return shipment. Should you lose the form please contact customer service email with your order number.
